Terms and Conditions
This English translation is provided for information. The current German source text is available here.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Designerspiele online shop. The shop supplies digital products, particularly printable PDF downloads for crafts, models and games.
2. Contracting party and conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Heiko Halfpaap, Auf dem Märchen 27, 54646 Bettingen, Germany. Products shown in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer; they are an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the digital products in your cart.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. The payment methods available in Stripe Checkout are shown during the order process. Payment may be processed by an external payment service provider.
4. Digital delivery
Products are supplied as digital content. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, purchased files are made available on a secure download page and through an additional link sent by email.
Download links are time-limited and currently remain valid for 14 days. Save purchased files on your own device after downloading them. If an email cannot be found or a link has expired, request a new link through My Downloads.
5. Right of cancellation for digital content
Consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may end once you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the cancellation period expires and acknowledged that you lose the right of cancellation when performance begins.
This consent is requested separately during checkout for PDF downloads supplied immediately.
6. Rights of use
Your purchase grants a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased PDF files for private and educational purposes. This includes use at home and in childcare, schools, after-school care, classes, workshops and comparable educational settings.
Teachers, childcare professionals and course leaders may print materials for their own group, class or course. Paid educational work is permitted provided the material is not sold, sublicensed or supplied as a standalone download.
You may not share, publish, distribute, resell or upload the files; place them in shared cloud folders or school portals; incorporate them into collections, courses, subscriptions, databases, training data or commercial products; or sell prints, kits or completed crafts based on the templates without prior written permission.
See the Licence Terms for details.
7. Defects and support
Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. If you experience a problem with a download or PDF file, contact support so that the issue can be checked and corrected.
