Right of cancellation

Consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation. Because our products are digital content that can be supplied immediately, special rules apply.

Digital content and the end of the cancellation right

Our products are digital content, particularly PDF downloads, and are not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of cancellation ends where you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the cancellation period expires and have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose the right of cancellation once performance begins.

This consent is requested separately during checkout before digital content is supplied immediately.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract while a right of cancellation still exists, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation.

How to exercise the right of cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract.
