Licence Terms

These terms govern the use of our digital PDF downloads, craft templates, game materials, paper models, illustrations, instructions and other materials.

1. Licence granted on purchase

Your purchase grants a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital materials. Copyright and all other rights remain with Designerspiele or the respective rights holder.

Access through a download page, email link or replacement link does not alter the licence. Links only provide access to files you have purchased and may not be shared with another person.

2. Permitted private and educational use

You may use and print purchased PDF files for your own private purposes and make crafts, paper models, games or gift holders from them.

Educational use is also permitted in childcare, schools, after-school care, courses, workshops and comparable educational settings. Teachers, childcare professionals and course leaders may print materials for their own group, class or course and use them there with children or participants.

Paid educational work is permitted provided the Designerspiele materials are not sold, sublicensed or supplied as a standalone download.

3. Download access and storage

Purchased files are supplied through secure links after successful payment. Links are time-limited and currently valid for 14 days. Save purchased files on your own device after downloading them.

If a download email cannot be found or a link has expired, request a new link through My Downloads using the email address entered at checkout.

4. No sharing, publication or redistribution

You may not share, publish, distribute, resell or provide PDF files, templates, scans, copies, screenshots or edited files to another person, whether free of charge or for payment. This restriction also covers secure links, email, messaging services, shared cloud folders, school portals, social media, download platforms, marketplaces and forums.

You may not incorporate all or part of the materials into your own products, resource collections, courses, subscriptions, template bundles, printed goods, sales kits, databases, training data or other commercial offers.

5. Completed craft projects

Completed crafts may be shown and used privately or within a school or childcare setting. You may not sell completed crafts, kits or printouts based on our templates without express written permission.

You may publish photographs of completed projects only where the original PDF template is not fully visible, reconstructable or usable as a printable template.

6. No transfer of intellectual property rights

Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright, trade mark rights or any other intellectual property rights. You receive only the right of use described in these licence terms.

7. Extended or commercial use

Contact us in advance if you wish to use the materials across an entire organisation, in a commercial offer, at an event where files will be distributed, or in any other way outside these terms. Such use requires written permission.

8. Relationship to other terms
