Answers for downloading, printing and making.

You receive digital files rather than a physical product. After successful payment, a secure download page opens and a download email is sent to the address entered at checkout. Save the files on your own device after downloading them.

Check your spam folder and confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout. Messages are sent from downloads@designerspiele.com. You can also request a new link from My Downloads. Contact support if access is still missing.

Secure links are currently valid for 14 days. Download and save your files during that period. If the link expires, request a fresh one through My Downloads.

You need a device that can open PDF files and a printer. Print at the intended size, normally A4 at 100%, and avoid automatic scaling where pieces need to retain their dimensions.

Paper around 160 gsm is a useful starting point for many models and figures. A smooth, good-quality surface usually improves colour and stability. Check any product-specific instructions before printing.

Prepare fold lines before gluing. Place a ruler along the line and score it gently with a blunt craft knife or bone folder without cutting through the paper.
