Digital delivery

Designerspiele sells digital PDF downloads. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, purchased files are made available on a secure download page. A download link is also sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Shipping costs

All products are supplied digitally, so no shipping charges apply.

Payment methods

Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary by country, device and availability. Any additional costs will be displayed before you complete the order.

Immediate supply of digital content

Before purchasing content supplied immediately, you must expressly consent to supply beginning before the cancellation period expires and acknowledge that your cancellation right ends when supply begins.

Download links and replacement links

Secure download links are time-limited and currently valid for 14 days. Save the purchased files on your own device. If you cannot find the email or a link has expired, request new links through My Downloads using the email address entered at checkout.
